This module is designed to introduce learners to using a wordprocessing program to assist them with creative writing and letters. This module aims to develop the learner's writing skills while providing them with the skills that they require to successfully complete the I.C.E. exams and other internationally recognized qualifications.

Primary Outcome
The learners will be prepared and have the understanding to write an accredited ICE exam on Microsoft Word or an accredited international examination.
