This module introduces Outlook Express as a mail client. Most learners will have at some stage used email. This module places email as a means of communication in perspective. The module also shows the learners the basic skills needed to organise the reception of email as well as how to use Outlook Express effectively to keep track of email received. The Module also shows the learners how to use Outlook Express to effectively communicate by sending mail and how to keep track of contacts through the use of Address Book.
