In this module the learners complete their training as hardware PC technicians. This module is the most difficult to complete since it is the one with the most technical information that the learners will have to cover. The learners are introduced to tried and tested methods and procedures to troubleshoot hardware problems with a variety of PC components. The learners are then introduced to the various CPU types and their abilities. This is followed by an introduction to system boards and expansion slots.
