This module introduces the concept of networks to the learners. The basic network types and the uses of the various network types are also introduced. The learners are also shown a variety of networking concepts that form the basis of the understanding of the networking environment. At the end of this module the learners will then be able to do a project in which they have to make informed decisions as to the basic network layout of various business types.
